Bruce K. Schmidt, CFA 

Bruce is a Financial Advisor located at Security Bank of Kansas City. He is a Registered Representative with the Broker/Dealer and Investment Advisor, Bankers & Investors Company and has been serving the Kansas City Area since 1987.

Bruce received an MBA with an emphasis in finance from the University of Missouri in 1982.  He has been a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) since 1986, and is a member of the CFA Institute.  Bruce has had an extensive career in financial management. He started his own investment advisory firm in 2000. Prior to that he was a market maker/trader at Security Investment Company of Kansas City.  He was with American Century mutual funds' investment management group for seven years as an investment analyst and also spent three years at United Missouri Bank as an investment analyst. He spent his first five years after college as a utility financial analyst for the Missouri Public Service Commission.

Bruce practices comprehensive financial planning, and works with individuals and companies by designing personalized programs, matched to their goals and objectives.
